What you'll be doing
The Workforce Reporting Officer processes workforce/ payroll standard reporting that supports performance improvement and planning. The role works in partnership with the broader People and Culture team as well as other services and all levels of management to provide strategically focused, value adding workforce data, reporting and diagnostic services within SCHN.

1. What advanced Excel techniques do you regularly use (e.g. PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, data validation, macros)? Can you give an example of how you used these to improve a process or reporting outcome?

2. Describe how you have worked with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR/People & Culture, Finance, IT) to deliver reporting outcomes or improve data processes. How did you ensure accuracy and alignment across systems?
