An exciting opportunity to join our Patient Administration team as a part time receptionist on our main information desk. 
Rotating roster 7 days per week with shift times 0800 - 1630 and 1100 - 1930. 
12 month contract commencing from May 2026.

What you'll be doing
 

The Main Information Desk Receptionist will be providing a vast range of services that provide an efficient and friendly information service to patients, their families, general public and other members of staff. This position will also be assisting wards by providing remote relief cover in Patient Management updates, admissions, transfers and discharges. This position will be working collaboratively with Patient Management Administration team for data reconciliation as well as using system base applications such as PayWay Virtual Terminal to collect and manage customer payments. This role will also be distributing meal tickets for overseas patients and families.
