Remuneration: 117544 - 120393 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)

Kids Rehab is one of the three specialised paediatric rehabilitation services (PRS) in NSW, caring for children and young people who as the result of injury, a health condition or surgical or medical intervention would benefit from a multidisciplinary program of goal-directed care.
A key function of the department is to provide multidisciplinary outpatient clinics, where patients and families are able to receive ongoing consultation, advice and care coordination from a variety of specialties across Medical, Nursing and Allied Health disciplines. To be able to provide such a comprehensive service, the Clinic Coordinator is required to oversee outpatient clinic operations so that children, young people and their families have streamlined access and a positive experience.
The position may intermittently work in a traditional capacity as per their discipline where required by the service.
- Tertiary qualifications in accordance with NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award.
- Extensive clinical experience working in a multidisciplinary team with children, adolescents and their families, with an understanding of paediatric rehabilitation and disability, including diagnosis, treatment and management of the cohort.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical service delivery & coordination.
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience in computer-based applications including word processing, databases and information systems such as electronic medical records, Microsoft 365 and videoconferencing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in quality projects, service planning, development & evaluation.
