What you'll be doing
Oversee & assist in the running of the Logistics & Stores Areas
Assist in the management of Staff Parking & Visitors Car park

- Responses to the questions below:
- Supervising experience of a minimum of 3 years.
- Advanced Computer Skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access & a working knowledge of Stafflink/Oracle.
- Advanced Skills and knowledge in respect of Rosters & Pays functions including ability to set up roster’s, make amendments & verify rosters within HealthRoster. A minimum of a 2 years’ experience carrying out these duties.
- Demonstrated ability to develop guidelines, policies and procedures for use by staff within these departments and for use by other hospital departments.
- Demonstrated well developed communication skills and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Prioritise work load ensuring Patient Care areas are given a priority (eg: patient transfers)
- Valid Unrestricted Drivers Licence for use in NSW/Australia.
- Hospital or Similar Facility Work Experience.
