What you'll be doing
The position is also responsible for the initiation and implementation of changes in practice as required and ensuring timely recruitment and selection of staff as per EEO guidelines.
- Sound administrative and organisation skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and achieve change
- Proven performance in Health Roster and rosters
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deal with multiple demands
- Highly developed competencies in use of relevant computer-based information systems and databases
