As part of your application please address the following targeted questions:

  1. Provide an example from your work experience where you were required to complete multiple tasks with competing timeframes within the time limits imposed.
  2. Describe a complex customer service issue that you resolved under pressure. How did you approach this issue, what steps did you take to address the customers needs and what was the outcome?

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
