- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive post graduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy, with experience working with children and adolescents with rheumatological disorders.
- Demonstrated advanced level of clinical reasoning and skills in evidence-based holistic assessment, measurement and physiotherapy management of rheumatological conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cohesively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in clinical supervision, education provision, service planning and leading and evaluating quality improvement activities and research.
