  1. Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  2. Extensive post graduate experience in paediatric physiotherapy, with experience working with children and adolescents with rheumatological disorders.
  3. Demonstrated advanced level of clinical reasoning and skills in evidence-based holistic assessment, measurement and physiotherapy management of rheumatological conditions.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cohesively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  6. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.
  7. Demonstrated skills and experience in clinical supervision, education provision, service planning and leading and evaluating quality improvement activities and research.
