What you'll be doing
The Modern Workspace Product Manager is responsible for Leading the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Modern Workspace for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. The scope includes Microsoft 365 such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, together with Power Platform and future emerging workplace AI, to deliver secure, reliable and user focused collaboration and productivity services for clinical and corporate staff.
This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from developing strategy and roadmaps to design, build, release, and ongoing operations. The role focuses on providing consistent and effective operational support, driving user adoption, managing change, coordinating training, and ensuring that benefits are realised in daily practice. Collaboration with eHealth NSW, vendors, and cyber and information governance teams is essential to keep services aligned with statewide digital health requirements. By using data and customer feedback, the Product Manager continuously improves user experience, service performance, security, and overall value

• Responses to the questions below:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field, or demonstrated experience with a proven track record in managing and supporting the lifecycle of digital system products within multidisciplinary teams, preferably in large, complex clinical ICT environments or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Microsoft 365 applications and Power Platform tools (such as Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) in a large, complex organisation.
- Proven ability to develop and lead change management, training, and adoption programs that drive effective user uptake of new digital technologies and workflow transformations across diverse teams.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL frameworks, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management. Demonstrated ability to apply these practices to improve service delivery, ensure system reliability, and support continuous improvement in a complex ICT environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, business, technical, and vendor partners to deliver innovative and aligned digital health solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment and managing competing priorities.
- Well-developed skills in business process analysis, user-centred design, and facilitation of workshops to capture requirements and embed process improvements in digital service delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
