What you'll be doing
Responsible directly to the Electrical Engineer for electrical operation, maintenance, installation and manufacture of equipment, services and systems under the control of the electrical workshop of the Engineering Services Department.
Relieve the Electrical Engineer when he is on Annual Leave, Sick Leave or on a Rostered Day-Off, specifically relating to electrical issues, either in-house or pertaining to contracted services. Liaise with the Engineering Manager during this time on management matters normally part of the Electrical Engineer's duties.

- Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted maintenance operation environment including experience working with Building Management Control Systems
- Demonstrated experience interpreting control circuitry
- Experience in preventative & corrective maintenance utilising Building
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete building & management systems dockets, including work feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports
- Willing to participate in On-call Roster and be available for after-hours call-back
- A relevant electrical trade qualification
- Hold an Electrical Contractor's Licence
