What you'll be doing
The Dental Services Department of the Children’s Hospital at Westmead is involved with providing full a full range of dentistry for infants, children and adolescents with special needs who are either in-patients or visiting as outpatients.
The Department also provides an “ after hour’s “ emergency service. The Department is committed to making oral health an integral part of the Hospitals’ total health care service. Accordingly, customer service activities are very important. Overall, we are a small, busy Department that values a co-operative and friendly working environment. The Dental Assistant will be expected to work closely with Senior staff in all aspects for clinical duties and clerical practice.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has DAA Certificate III
- Demonstrates extensive Dental Assisting experience
- Demonstrates competent Reception duties experience
