What you'll be doing
Working under the direction of the Director, the position contributes operational input to business planning, service development and supports performance monitoring.
The position exercises judgement in managing complex and sensitive operational issues, and builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders, courts and external agencies ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely and responsive service.

Responses to the questions below:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Services, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW public health system and ability to apply policy and governance requirements to support safe and effective service delivery, including understanding of medico-legal processes and privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting administrative teams including coaching, performance management and workload prioritisation in a high-volume environment would be desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in budget coordination and financial administration, including monitoring expenditure and processing invoices and payments.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, including ability to build relationships with senior managers, clinicians and external stakeholders, and prepare high-quality correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and improve administrative systems, workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency, service quality and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting to support business planning and service improvement.
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities in an office environment.
