Forensic Medicine Administration Officer

1. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a complex and challenging work environment, including demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
2. Well-developed computer skills and system knowledge, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Adobe document suite) to complete work activities.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to accurately transfer information in a timely manner, and ability to handle distressed customers/clients, knowing when to escalate matters appropriately.
4. Strong ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
5. Proven organisational and time management skills, with capacity to prioritise workload, and manage competing deadlines.
6. Ability to operate effectively in an environment that could be distressing, ensuring to raise any associated concerns and/or need for support, and adopt self-care strategies.
7. Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSW Health Pathology RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
