What you'll be doing

- Extensive experience in providing highly organised and efficient executive administrative support including diary management at an executive level and the provision of secretariat support for meetings
- Advanced proficiency in using PC based software at an advanced level including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), SharePoint and network operations.
- High level communication skills, including sound interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to liaise with staff and health professionals at all levels and work cohesively within teams
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative and sound judgement and prioritise workload to respond and adapt to changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Sound understanding of the demands and environment of the health system, including the need for confidentiality and discretion in issues management, preferably with experience working in a similar role in a complex organisation.
- High level ability to develop, implement and/or enhance office administrative systems and processes.
