Ideal Candidate
- Proven organisation and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to analyse and prioritise a demanding workload under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with a high level of self-motivation and self-direction.
- Has previous administration and customer service experience demonstrating high level of interpersonal, written, verbal and telephone communication skills as well as experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation of challenging or difficult situations.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, work independently, maintain attention to detail and perform all tasks with discretion, judgement and confidentiality as circumstances dictate.
