What you'll be doing
To assist the Revenue Manager by coordinating day-to-day activities in the revenue office. Activities involve management of workloads, assessing training needs and coordinating training as required.

  1. Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team in order to meet KPIs, budgets and reporting deadlines
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in health-related billing and patient information systems, as well as Oracle and Microsoft Office products
  3. Ability to allocate, motivate and train staff in order to achieve targets and maximise efficiency
  4. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills that contribute to effective relationship management
  5. Demonstrated ability to assist the Revenue Manager to meet operational requirements, develop internal policies and procedures, and to liaise with stakeholders as required.
