Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) Nursing and Midwifery Operations is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Staffing team in the role of Staffing Coordinator. The position is being offered on a temporary part time basis.
The Staffing Coordinator is part of the Staffing Team located with Nursing and Midwifery Operations at RNSH. The position rotates 7 days per week, morning and evenings.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Authority (AHPRA), with current experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team in a high pressure environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high level negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, including accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level computer skills including windows and web based programs.
- Experience in a Staffing Coordinator role desirable.
