Social Worker, Emergency Department to Community
- A bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), including the ability to demonstrate a practical application of the AASW Code of Ethics. Recent, extensive and varied post graduate clinical experience as a Level 2 Social Worker or above.
- What experience do you have in working with clients with complex health and social needs in the community?
- What experience do you have working with varied stakeholders including health and non government organisations to plan, coordinate and evaluate plans of care to address complex health and social needs.
- What experience do you have in providing leadership, performance monitoring and evaluation for a program.
