Service Manager, North Shore Ryde Child and Youth Mental Health Service
- Relevant experience in the management and leadership of child and /or youth mental health services, particularly within a community mental health setting
- Relevant post-graduate qualification, working towards and/or equivalent relevant experience including demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality and clinical practice improvement, safety improvement programs and risk management strategies in a mental health context or Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality and clinical practice improvement, safety improvement programs and risk management strategies in a mental health context or capacity to develop this.
- Provide evidence of working effectively in collaboration with other functions to implement a comprehensive service while managing competing priorities and complying with all legal, professional, and financial obligations
