- Qualification/s in management or working towards same and/or extensive senior level management / executive experience in health care services/settings including site management.
- Experience in being able to lead services through complexity with good outcomes in accordance with contemporary practice.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and experience at all levels of the organisation with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Proven experience in successfully planning and achieving; financial, services, operational, workforce and strategic outcomes, incorporating current health service governance, continuous improvement, performance based and patient safety foci.
- Demonstrated experience in successful project/change management from inception through to evaluation and completion, including human resource, financial and risk management and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate associated evidence based policies and procedures.
- A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mental health National and State directions, policies and strategies, relevant and applicable legislation.
- Current NSW motor vehicle drivers licence.
