Service Director/Site Manager Macquarie Hospital

2. Qualification/s in management or working towards same and/or extensive senior level management / executive experience in health care services/settings including site management.
3. Experience in being able to lead services through complexity with good outcomes in accordance with contemporary practice.
4. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and experience at all levels of the organisation with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
5. Proven experience in successfully planning and achieving; financial, services, operational, workforce and strategic outcomes, incorporating current health service governance, continuous improvement, performance based and patient safety foci.
6. Demonstrated experience in successful project/change management from inception through to evaluation and completion, including human resource, financial and risk management and the ability to develop, implement and evaluate associated evidence based policies and procedures.
7. A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mental health National and State directions, policies and strategies, relevant and applicable legislation.
8. Current NSW motor vehicle drivers licence.
