  1. A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Evidence of clinical experience, inclusive of experience as a Level 2 Social Worker or equivalent.
  2. Skills in providing comprehensive assessment, consultation, counselling, education and case management to CDS clients.
  3. Team work skills, liaising closely with CDS clinicians,  other professionals and stakeholders who are also supporting the family.
  4. Skills in providing expert outreach consultation, education and resources to other professionals across the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) network.
