Vanderfield Building Royal North Shore Campus though across all NSLHD Facilities as required

What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer supports the Safe Staffing Levels (SSL) Nurse Manager by providing high-quality administrative, recruitment, rostering, and data support across the Northern Sydney Local Health District. This includes managing recruitment activities through systems such as ROB, coordinating interview panels, supporting rostering and Healthroster functions, and maintaining accurate SSL-related data. By ensuring efficient processes and timely information, the role enables safe staffing and supports the delivery of effective, patient-centred care.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Holds a Certificate III in Health Administration and/or equivalent work experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  3. Demonstrated experience and skill in recruitment and rostering systems, spreadsheet and database software.
  4. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
