The Mona Vale Hospital Urgent Care Centre is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.

Where you'll be working
 
The Mona Vale Hospital Urgent Care Centre offers a walk-in service for minor injuries and illnesses 24hrs a day – seven days a week.

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will be working in a busy outpatient clinic environment, providing care to both adult and paediatric patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will be part of a fantastic team of health professionals who work together as a multidisciplinary group to deliver high-quality care to the community. The Urgent Care Centre experiences a high volume of patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency nursing and demonstrate strong assessment, clinical and communication skills.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Recent clinical experience in Emergency Nursing.
  3. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
