Where you'll be working
The position is based at the North Sydney Centre of Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service, located at RNSH.
What you'll be doing
A position exists for a Temporary Full Time Registered Nurse to provide quality care to patients requiring community nursing care in their home or within a clinic environment, using an individualised, holistic and family-centred approach. The registered nurse works as either a Primary Nurse to patients within a defined geographic area or as a relieving nurse as allocated by the Nursing Unit Manager or as delegated.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); and Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and a diverse range of health and non-health care providers.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion.
