Registered Nurse - Older People's Mental Health Service
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessment and management, including assessment, risk management and care coordination.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated understanding of the Recovery Model of care within Mental Health and the ability to implement and evaluate these care processes within the context of clinical care planning.
