Radiographer Sonographer dual role
- Hold current AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer, with the MRPB of Australia and hold a current NSW EPA I-14 Radiation Licence. Or ASAR accredited Medical Sonographer with a post graduate degree in Sonography, or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer and performs Cardiac Sonography or Electrophysiological Studies (EPS).
- Demonstrated experience in the performance and delivery of high quality ultrasound examinations and the ability to perform routine to complex clinical procedures within specialist modality, with a high degree of competency, under pressure and time constrains.
- Ability and willingness to participate in 24/7 roster and work across multiple modalities including experience with GE CT.
- Experience engaging with Radiologist onsite and off-site/teleradiology Radiologist support as well as following local RIS-PACS processes.
- Willingness, motivation and previous experience of participating in quality improvement within the department.
