Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI) Team Leader
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Registered Nurse, or eligibility for membership with the AASW as a Social Worker; Clinical Psychologist must hold Masters in Clinical psychology or equivalent; Allied Health must have demonstrated experience as a Level 2 clinician and substantial experience in Mental Health.
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing the operations of a changing service/program and a multi-disciplinary team.
- Significant knowledge and understanding of the principles of mental health recovery, person centred care and the application of these principles people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness with multiple complex co-occurring issues.
- Significant level of clinical expertise relevant to adults experiencing severe and persistent mental health conditions with multiple complex co-occurring issues and knowledge and understanding of contemporary models of care and service delivery.
