- Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Demonstrated experience as a level 2 Orthotist.
- Extensive postgraduate experience working with children/adults with developed advanced skill in the neurological lower limb assessment and management using evidence based practice.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision to junior Orthotists and ability to provide support to student Orthotists.
- Demonstrated experience in the involvement of planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
