Nurse Manager, Medical Imaging

1. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) - NSW Registered Nurse – Division 1.
2. Extensive recent post registration clinical experience in Medical Imaging or Acute Clinical Setting and a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team displaying a high level of negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
3. Relevant management tertiary qualifications or working towards the same, or equivalent extensive management experience, and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
4. Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change, and demonstrated knowledge in initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence based practice and practice development.
