Midwifery Manager Pregnancy Connect

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration,Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders;colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Current midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Holds or working towards relevant post graduate tertiary qualifications in leadership/management or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
3. Demonstrated understanding of the clinical and social needs of pregnant women and their families with complex care requirements.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and organise staff to achieve organisational outcomes.
5. Well-developed analytical skills to analyse and interpret data, and apply insights practically to contemporary service delivery models, including development and evaluation of models of care.
6. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of principles and processes of project management, change management and awareness of issues that may occur as part of organisational change.
7. High level written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write reports and correspondence, as well as the ability to design and conduct professional-level presentations, including for educational purposes.
8. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to forge partnerships at all levels both internal and external to the organisation, manage conflict and negotiate resolutions.
