Midwifery Manager Pregnancy Connect

- Current midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Holds or working towards relevant post graduate tertiary qualifications in leadership/management or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the clinical and social needs of pregnant women and their families with complex care requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and organise staff to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Well-developed analytical skills to analyse and interpret data, and apply insights practically to contemporary service delivery models, including development and evaluation of models of care.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of principles and processes of project management, change management and awareness of issues that may occur as part of organisational change.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write reports and correspondence, as well as the ability to design and conduct professional-level presentations, including for educational purposes.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to forge partnerships at all levels both internal and external to the organisation, manage conflict and negotiate resolutions.
