Mental Health Professional
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) registration as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or eligibility for membership to the AASW.
- Demonstrated skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessment and management, including assessment, risk management and care coordination.
- Demonstrated capacity to comprehensively assess and manage risk associated with suicide, deliberate self-harm , reputational risk and risk associated with violence, exploitation and abuse.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. With a demonstrated understanding of the Recovery Model of care within Mental Health and the ability to implement and evaluate these care processes within the context of clinical care planning.
