  2. A tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated significant high-level experience in the field of business administration or health management.
  3. A proven track record of achievement in managing Corporate Service delivery in a complex environment. Demonstrated success in financial management of a large and complex service.
  4. Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or managing risk management systems to support organisation-wide risk strategies and processes.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including substantial experience in leading high level negotiations and writing complex reports, business cases and briefings.
  6. Significant experience in organisational re-design and change management, with proven ability to drive business improvement reform and workplace culture improvement.
  7. Well-developed analytical, conceptual, problem solving and strategic capabilities with exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  8. Sound understanding of corporate governance and regulatory systems and experience working with committees, executive groups and industrial organisations.
