Executive Assistant to the General Manager
An exciting permanent full-time opportunity exists for a highly experienced administration assistant to be appointed as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. The position is required to work, in person (no regular work from home), during business hours Monday to Friday.

What you'll be doing
The position directly supports the General Manager and works collaboratively with the other Executive Assistants at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. All executive assistant positions may be required to support the hospital executive team.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a high-level administrative/secretarial role.
- Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage conflict, maintain information confidentially and work in a high pressure environment with high work demands.
