District Deputy Coding Manager

- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent combination of coding experience and qualifications with ability to meet criteria of membership of HIMAA.
- Demonstrated experience in the management and development of a team including the ability to build and motivate effective and efficient teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing briefs and business correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience as a manager with the capacity to provide operational advice to the District Clinical Coding Manager, NSLHD.
- Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated experience using hospital Patient Administration Systems and 3M Encoder.
- Demonstrated negotiation and delegation skills with the ability to monitor performance measures to ensure an effective, efficient and quality service.
