Clinical Nurse Consultant Northern Beaches Community Mental Health Service
- Registered with Authority to Practice with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Minimum five years full time post graduate experience with 3 years full time equivalent in the specialty field. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification (minimum Grad Diploma/Certificate level) or evidence of working towards Masters level qualification.
- Extensive experience in mental health nursing with current mental health, drug and alcohol clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability with working knowledge of the NSW MH Act 2007 and all relevant policies and procedures.
- A commitment to excellence in mental health nursing practice including leading of practice improvement and practice change initiatives and continuing professional development with ability to meet all of the CNC Domains.
- An ability to work across multiple teams and MDT’s to ensure the provision of support to clinicians across the mental health service and delivery of high quality care that is evidence based.
