Child and Family Health Nurse, Sustaining NSW Families
- Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and with a recognised post-graduate Child & Family Health Nursing (CFHN) qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable families and a demonstrated understanding of early intervention, including the theoretical basis that underpins sustained home visiting, prevention, and community development.
- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable families in the family partnership model, including those from diverse cultural and linguistic back grounds.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and sound written verbal and interpersonal skills.
