Where you'll be working
RNSH Medical Imaging

What you'll be doing
Rare and exciting opportunity exists for motivated and experienced Radiographer, looking to utilise their managerial skills to develop and further improve clinical services within a tertiary referral hospital. Previous experience in leadership and managing large volumes or staff is essential, as is proven capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects through to completion. Flexibility to pivot to presenting tasks as required is essential, whilst maintaining the vision of continual improvement for future service delivery.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Bachelor of Applied Science (MRS) Diagnostic Radiography, APHRA registration and relevant EPA licensing.
  2. Evidence of strong and empowering leadership skills, motivation and advocacy with sound ability in conflict resolution and staff performance management, with flexible, empathic and perceptive interpersonal and staff liaison skills.
  3. Competence in financial management to demonstrate service provision is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, including the use of radiology information systems to inform decision.
  4. Experience implementing RANZCR Accreditation guidelines, DIAS and ACHS accreditation standards into routine departmental practices.
