- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Experience as a level 3 Speech Pathologist or above.

Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and change management within an Allied Health team

Extensive clinical experience in a variety of paediatric developmental disorders such as developmental delay, intellectual disability and autism
- Demonstrated high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and use of health information systems.
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement activities, service evaluation processes and clinical teaching.
- Ability to take responsibility for the delivery of evidence-based practice for consumers, carers and families.
- Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously. Confidently prioritise work, manage conflicting demand, monitor individual performance, problem solve and utilise independent professional judgement.
