After Hours Nurse Manager
- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Holds or working towards relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications in leadership/management or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating motivation, delegation, negotiation and knowledge with clinical experience of evidence based acute health assessment, treatment and care.
- Understanding of and commitment to bed management/patient flow objectives in an acute/sub-acute health setting, with the ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and demonstrate knowledge and skills in the use of information technology systems to support bed management and Patient Flow.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage complex, competing and challenging situations, including clinical and corporate risk in a timely manner plus Human Resource management abilities.
