Where you'll be working
Ryde Community Mental Health Centre
Ryde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.
The Ryde Hospital Redevelopment will result in new health facilities and enhanced services including emergency, ICU/critical care, inpatient units, outpatient/ambulatory care services and much more.
Construction commenced in early 2023, and will provide you with a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryde team to change the future health services for the Ryde Community completely.
What you'll be doing
Provision of accurate, timely and efficient high level administrative and Customer support to the NSRMHS to support the achievement of the department outcomes.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated high‑level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow efficiently within a reception environment.
- Proven ability to prepare reports, briefs, documents and correspondence, including drafting complex communications for senior staff, and accurately documenting minutes for a range of meetings.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and delegate tasks appropriately to support smooth and efficient operations.
