We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Supervisor/Data Corrections Officer to join the Admissions Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. As a member of our team, you will be given opportunities to grow and develop your Management and Administrative skills. You will work together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to achieve a common goal of delivering high quality patient centred care.

Where you'll be working
You will be working within the Admissions Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.
What you'll be doing
To provide supervision of Admissions staff, ensuring high level of customer service to patient’s, visitors and carers.
This position contributes to improving data quality for inpatient episodes, to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, whilst maximising revenue opportunities for the organisation, by ensuring staff are trained to provide accurate and timely data entry and correct errors where required.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
- Excellent communication skills and well developed customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge or exposure of patient admission processes and/or financial classifications processes within Public Hospital system, similar organisation, or workplace.
- Proven experience in problem solving, showing initiative when deadlines are involved and the ability to integrate information multiple sources.
