About the role
Lismore Community & Allied Health has exciting career opportunities for Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinators to join their team. The CNS2 is responsible for facilitating identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and the coordination of appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referral to services for school aged children and young people attending designated primary and secondary schools. The WHIN Coordinator works in identified local schools and applies their specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience and skill in providing complex nursing care for school aged children and young people in these schools.
