About the role


As a Renal Nurse at Ballina District Hospital, you'll coordinate and deliver comprehensive haemodialysis nursing care, supported by competency-based education and training. You'll deliver high quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

Ballina is surrounded by world-renowned beaches and national parks and has activities for everyone, including bushwalking, surfing, a strong sporting community, and a vibrant café culture. Our airport has direct flights to Sydney and Melbourne. Twenty minutes’ drive from Byron Bay, just an hour to Queensland’s Gold Coast or under two hours to Brisbane.
