About the role
Murwillumbah Community Health has an exciting career opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their Chronic Care Respiratory team.
This role provides an advanced level of care coordination, case management and expert advice following the principles of evidence based clinical practice to support people with chronic respiratory disease, their carers, General Practitioners, practice staff and other staff involved in the provision of care. Working with relevant stake holders providing nursing care advice for the management of complex respiratory conditions and will exhibit an advanced level of professional leadership and autonomous clinical practice.
