About the role
Lismore Community & Allied Health are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their Sustaining NSW Families team. This program is a nurse led home visiting service to vulnerable families and utilises findings from the Miller Early Childhood Sustained Home Visiting Program (MESCH). Working to improve the health, development and wellbeing outcomes for women, children and families through a sustained home visiting program. Aiming to improve the transition to parenting using a “strength based” approach by supporting mothers and families with psychosocial and environmental issues for the first two postnatal years.
