About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District has exciting career opportunities within their Community Nursing Services in Casino, Grafton and Maclean. Community Nursing is an integral part of the total health care delivery system, providing nursing care to people in the community setting. Community nursing staff work closely with each client, their carer, General Practitioner and other relevant service providers to develop a plan that meets the client's care needs.
