Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region
The new state of the art facility includes:
- more operating theatres and recovery spaces
- expanded emergency department
- enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
- enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
- new interventional cardiology service
- new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service
About the role
In this role the successful candidate is required to perform high quality diagnostic imaging for the purpose of clinical diagnosis using complex clinical procedures. This position requires the diagnostic radiographer to specialise in at least one modality for the purpose of providing education, leadership and clinical expertise in the noted modality.
