About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Coding Team Leader to join the team.
In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of clinical coding while leading initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency. You will provide mentorship, conduct audits, deliver education, manage query processes and error correction, and drive continuous clinical documentation improvement. The position also involves analysing coded data and supporting activity-based funding education across the service.
