This role offers flexibility in hours and days however Monday and Tuesdays are a must! 
 

 


Your Day-to-Day

You will be the centre of our clinic’s daily operations, supporting both patients and clinicians and helping our multidisciplinary team deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care. No two days are the same, and each day you’ll see the real impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.

  • Engage directly with refugees, building trust and helping them feel welcome, heard, and understood
  • Coordinate clinic appointments and interpreter bookings, using sound judgement to assess interpreter needs
  • Support clinicians with clinic coordination, documentation, and smooth workflow management
  • Liaise with local community services and hospitals to help connect patients with the care and support they need
