This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse looking to develop specialist skills while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. The Renal/Gastro Ward provides Acute and Chronic care to patients with complex Renal and Gastrointestinal conditions, including medical management, post‑procedural care and patient education. The ward offers a dynamic clinical environment with opportunities to expand knowledge across both Renal and Gastroenterology specialties.

As a Registered Nurse, working in this department you will deliver safe, effective and evidence‑based Nursing care to Renal and Gastroenterology patients, undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to care planning, administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy and best practice and support patient education, discharge planning and continuity of care. You will bring to the role strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication, teamwork and organisational abilities along with a commitment to patient‑centred care and continuous improvement.
