You will play a vital role in supporting frontline healthcare professionals by responding to queries and ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient information in a variety of services across the Nepean Hospital. You will work professionally and collaboratively, bringing your excellent communication and high level of customer-service skills to the service.

What you will bring to the role
- Previous administration experience including keyboard and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated capacity and willingness to work a varied and changing roster encompassing shifts in different roles across all services.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy whilst working with a range of computer systems and processes.
- Understanding of and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to providing excellence in customer service providing examples of where you have gone above and beyond.
- Ability to identify daily work for completion, adapting priorities within a constantly changing environment to achieve quality service outcomes.
